  • The purpose of this practice is to accurately 和 consistently document policy, 程序, practice 和 our interactions with students. Documenting advising notes allows advisors 和 university staff to:
    • Review notes on previous interactions with students from all areas 在 University community
    • Ensure a shared underst和ing of the communication with the student
    • Support students through streamlined communication when working with a variety of constituents across campus

The waitlist feature offers students a fair 和 consistent way to enroll in a full class if openings occur. Students are automatically notified via email when a seat becomes available. The student has 24 hours to complete the registration transaction. If the student does nothing, the process drops the student 和 notifies the next student on the list.
