DU is committed to minimizing any obstacles students may face. While undocumented students have limited eligibility for financial aid, 和 are not eligible for any federal aid such as the Pell grant 和 federal student loans, we're pleased to be able to offer certain types of funding from the University of Denver 和 the State of Colorado.

和所有被ca88登录正确网址录取的学生一样, we consider undocumented 和 Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) students for up $33,每年6万英镑奖学金. Students awarded a merit scholarship (with the exception of the Rocky Mountain scholarship) are also automatically awarded a $3,000 宿舍补助金. Talent scholarships are awarded based on achievements in athletics, music, theater, speech 和 art.

Additionally, DACA 和 undocumented students may be eligible for the 大学教育补助金. Because this grant is need-based, you must submit the CSS档案待考虑. Please contact our office if you submitted the CSS档案和 wish 待考虑 for need-based aid.

Undocumented 和 DACA students may also be eligible for certain gift 和 endowed scholarships offered to current students by academic departments. To be considered for one of these awards, you must submit the Departmental Scholarship 应用程序, 每年二月开放.

Colorado’s House Bill HB22-1155 allows undocumented students who meet the eligibility requirements to apply for two types of funding:

To be eligible for these two types of aid, you must:

have graduated from a Colorado high school or was physically present in Colorado f或在 least one year immediately preceding the date you successfully completed a high school equivalency examination in Colorado; 和
have been physically present in Colorado f或在 least 12 consecutive months prior to enrolling at DU.

Complete an affidavit with the College Opportunity Fund (COF):

4. Choose “No” to the question about Concurrent Enrollment or ASCENT.

6. Continue through the application 和 click “Submit.”
